My Elements Krill Oil 500 mg is a premium dietary supplement derived from Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba), providing omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA bound to phospholipids for superior absorption and bioavailability. It also naturally contains astaxanthin, a powerful antioxidant, and choline, an essential nutrient involved in liver function and lipid metabolism. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, while DHA also supports normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism and maintenance of normal liver function, while astaxanthin helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients: Krill Oil (Euphausia superba) providing Omega-3 Fatty Acids (EPA and DHA), Phospholipids, Astaxanthin, and Choline; Softgel Capsule (Gelatin, Glycerol, Purified Water).

Instructions: Take as a dietary supplement for adults. Recommended dosage: 1–2 softgels daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
